We provide full-service event catering for private and corporate events, including our signature Boba On Tap Cart, Night Market Carts, keepsakes, and full-service event planning. Each booking includes setup, service, and breakdown of a customizable experience. Customers may choose from a selection of drinks (e.g., Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Mango Green Tea) and toppings (e.g., boba, lychee jelly) as part of their package. We offer both self-serve and staffed options depending on the booking. Photos, drink options, and event samples are available on our website.

All bookings are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for cancellations or no-shows. If we are unable to fulfill the booking on our end (e.g., due to equipment failure or emergency), we will issue a full refund.
We arrive 60 to 90 minutes before the scheduled start time for setup. Our team handles delivery, setup, service, and teardown. Travel fees may apply depending on the event location.
Returns are not applicable, as this is a service-based booking. There are no returns or refunds after the service is rendered.
Cancellations are not permitted. All sales are final.
We do not ship physical products internationally. Our services are available only within our operating region. We do not serve alcohol or controlled substances.
We value your privacy. All customer data (such as name, email, and phone number) is collected solely for booking and service purposes and is never sold or shared. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your information.

From time to time, we may offer promotional rates or packages. All promotions will include terms and expiration dates, which will be visible at checkout or on the promotions page. Promotions are not retroactive.
