We started and are based in San Mateo, California, and regularly serve Northern California, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas. If your event is outside these areas, reach out, we're always happy to discuss travel.
Every event is custom-quoted based on your guest count, service selection, event format, location, and any branding or add-ons. Submit an inquiry and we'll send a personalized quote along with our Party Guide within 1 to 2 business days.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, and peak event seasons. Once you have a date, reach out and we'll confirm our availability.
Yes! We can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request if your venue or organization requires one. Just let us know the requirements and we'll be happy to assist.
Boba On Tap Cart: Our cart is on wheels and must be rolled into the event space. We're unable to carry it. The cart works best on paved or hard surfaces. Grass is possible if it's a short distance from pavement, but please let us know in advance. For indoor events, we typically require access to a freight elevator. Send us the elevator dimensions and we'll confirm if the cart will fit. The cart fits through standard doorways. No electrical power is required.
Night Market Carts: Depending on the cart you've selected, electrical outlets may be required. We'll provide the exact power requirements before your event. If your event is indoors, we'll confirm any access or elevator requirements based on the specific cart.
Yes! We offer vegan, dairy-free, caffeine-free, and other options depending on the menu. Let us know your guests' dietary needs and we'll do our best to accommodate them.
We prepare enough food and beverages for the confirmed guest count provided before your event. If additional guests attend, we may not be able to serve everyone. If there are leftovers because some guests don't partake, we're happy to package the remaining items and leave them at your venue for you to enjoy.
Yes! We offer a variety of kid-friendly beverages, including Brown Sugar Milk, fruit juices, refreshers, and other caffeine-free options. We're happy to recommend a menu that's perfect for all ages.
Our arrival time depends on the service you've booked. We typically arrive 1.5 to 3 hours before your event to allow time for setup, preparation, equipment testing, and final touches. We'll confirm your exact arrival time prior to your event.
